Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our business (Mystery Scoops, Blind Bags, and Surprise Items), all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds based on a change of mind or personal preference regarding the items received. Part of the experience is the surprise!
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. While we do not refund for "bad luck," we will absolutely help if there is a genuine error or damage.
Please contact us immediately if:
The item is defective or significantly damaged.
You received the wrong order entirely.
Items are missing from your order.
In these drastic situations, please submit a contact form with a photo of the damaged/incorrect items and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Chargebacks & Disputes We are committed to excellent customer service and are always willing to work with you to resolve legitimate issues.
However, we take fraud and payment abuse seriously. Any customer who initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, or who files a fraudulent chargeback after receiving their items, will be permanently banned from making future purchases.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (If Applicable) If a refund is approved due to a defect or error, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
