Pick your scoop

Pick your scoop size and place your order. Leave any appropriate notes during checkout, ex: pet types/names, favourite colour, items you don’t want! If you forget to leave your order note, please email us within 24 hours.

Watch our TikTok for your scoop and packing video! Every scoop will be filmed and posted! We scoop random category beads to determine which prizes you get in your mystery box!

Your order is shipped

Shipping times vary based on your country. You should receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Processing Time:

We know you are excited to receive your scoop! All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your payment.

Please note that processing time is different from shipping time. "Processing" is how long it takes us to pack your order, while "Shipping" is how long the courier takes to deliver it to your door.

Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Time: Delivery times are determined by the courier.
Once the package is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or high-volume periods (like holidays).

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders) All Animals Scoops is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the courier. If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or contact the courier directly to file a claim.
